1. Our services

MusicFest Live, LLC provides artist-driven premiere venue planning and management for music concerts, festivals and benefit events — spanning talent acquisition, venue sourcing, sponsorship development, marketing, show production and full operational management. Our all-inclusive approach means nothing happens without client approval, and all event transactions commence through the client's own entity.

2. RSVPs and admission

Reaching out through our RSVP page expresses interest — it is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry. Admission to any event is subject to capacity, age requirements, venue rules and applicable law. Events may be rescheduled or cancelled; where possible we will notify confirmed guests of material changes.

3. Client engagements

Formal event productions are governed by separate written agreements. Estimates, artist options and budgets shared during discussions are preliminary until confirmed in writing, and no commitment is made on a charity's behalf without its pre-approval. Corporate sponsorships are structured as genuine marketing and branding partnerships, not handouts.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, the MusicFest Live name and logo, images, video and design — is owned by MusicFest Live, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute or exploit our content without prior written permission. Artist names, images and music referenced in connection with events remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use this website lawfully, and not to disrupt its operation, misrepresent your identity, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful or harmful material. We may restrict access for misuse.

6. Events, cancellations and liability

Live events take place in dynamic environments across North America, Europe and Asia. Venues, vendors, sponsors and artists operate independently and are responsible for their own obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicFest Live, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for matters outside our reasonable control — including artist or venue changes, weather, travel disruption, or government action. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, where our headquarters is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
